| This year Nagahori has come to a significant turning point. The shop will be moving from the location where it has had 23 years of business to a site in Kamimachi. Nakamura san is currently very busy preparing for the opening of the new restaurant. He has his cooking head on, too, though, and it’s been working full tilt, coming up with all kinds of new ideas.
